Travel and Accommodations

Flights

Please plan to arrive at the Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) any time on Sunday, March 24, and depart any time on Thursday, March 28.

Self-Booking
You may choose to book your own flights for you and your eligible guest* and be reimbursed after the event has concluded. Reimbursement quotes will be defined based on your departure airport. The full quoted reimbursement amount will be paid regardless of the cost of the flight booked, whether it is more or less than the quote. After you check in at the event in March, you will automatically receive the exact amount quoted, for both you and your eligible guest, on your April commission check. We recommend booking your flights early to mitigate the risk of paying more than the reimbursement quote provided.

If you choose to book your own flights and be reimbursed after the event, Young Living will not reimburse you for any amount if you cancel your registration, regardless of the date your registration is canceled.

Your reimbursement quote will be emailed to you by Friday, February 16. Please note that all reimbursement quotes include a predetermined allowance for luggage fees. No additional reimbursements will be given for luggage expenses.

Once your flights have been booked for you and your eligible guest (if applicable), please click here to upload your flight itinerary by Friday, February 24. This will ensure that we have accounted for your ground transportation needs to and from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).

*If you have qualified in Tier 1 or Tier 2, you have earned a guest package at no additional cost. If you have qualified in Tier 3 and would like to bring a guest, you will need to purchase a guest package for $1,600 USD. This fee does not include the cost of airfare. Those who qualified in Tier 3 and elect to bring a guest will be responsible to book their guests flights on their own.

Agent Booking
If you wish to have our partner agency, Christopherson Business Travel (CBT), coordinate travel arrangements for you and your eligible guest (if applicable), please click “Yes” and fill out a flight request during registration. Within approximately 2−4 weeks following registration, CBT will contact you to coordinate travel arrangements. Please respond to any CBT correspondence within 24 hours to avoid increased fares or flights selling out. Please do not contact CBT directly prior to an agent reaching out to you regarding the Dominican Paradise flights. If CBT will be booking any additional guest flights outside of your eligible guest, a credit card will be required at the time of booking.

CBT is unable to take requests for specific flights and routes. If you would like to choose a specific route or airline, self-booking is likely the best option for you.

Transportation

Transportation to and from the Punta Cana airport and the hotel will be provided on the specified event arrival and departure dates (March 24 & 28). Incidental costs during travel or transportation outside of the arrival and departure dates are the responsibility of the qualifier.

Hotel

Attendees and their guests will stay at the Paradisus Palma Real Resort during the event dates of March 24–28. If you and/or your guest wish to extend your stay, you are welcome to take advantage of Young Living’s special room rate ($635/night) for three days prior to and three days after the event dates. Outside of these dates, your room will be subject to prevailing rates. Any nights stayed outside the event dates of March 24–28 will be at your own cost and based on availability at the hotel. Young Living will not cover additional expenses for early arrivals or late departures. If you choose to extend your stay and Christopherson Business Travel is booking your flights, Young Living will cover the flight cost if there is no increase in the fare due to the changed dates.

If you choose to add additional guests or children to your room, there is an additional cost. As the Paradisus Palma Real Resort is an all-inclusive hotel, there are charges per person to cover their food and amenities.

  • Infants under age 2 are invited at no charge.

  • Children ages 2 - 12 - $317.50/night.

  • Teens ages 13 - 18 - $476.25/night

Please note, maximum occupancy per room is 3 individuals above age 13 and 1 child.

Young Living will cover the cost of hotel accommodations during the event dates of March 24–28 only, and will only provide ground transportation to and from the airport/hotel on the arrival day of March 24, and departure day of March 28. If you arrive or depart outside of the designated arrival and departure dates, including early departures during the event, you will be responsible for your own ground transportation to or from the airport/hotel.

If you wish to extend your stay, please submit your extension request during the registration process. Otherwise, please email travelrequests@youngliving.com with your desired dates by Wednesday, February 14. The Young Living Events team will submit the request on your behalf and inform you if it can be accommodated.

COVID-19 Travel Requirements

Travel restrictions and requirements due to COVID-19 change frequently and vary based on the country you will be traveling from. We will make every effort to communicate any information we know about the travel restrictions, requirements, and documentation required due to COVID-19 as we get closer to the dates of travel. Attendees will be expected to comply with any governmental restrictions and requirements.

Please be sure to join our 2024 Dominican Paradise Facebook page, where we will be posting updates regarding this and other aspects of the event. Please note that while we will attempt to keep you informed, all attendees are responsible to seek out and complete any COVID-19 requirements for traveling from their own country to the Dominican Republic at the time of travel. Any fees associated with COVID-19 tests required to enter the country will be at the member’s expense.

Below are the current travel requirements for traveling to the Dominican Republic:

  • There are no longer any COVID-related requirements for arriving domestic passengers. Additionally, the U.S. federal government no longer requires a negative predeparture COVID-19 test result or recovery from COVID-19 documentation.

  • Non-U.S. residents and citizens can visit the United States without being fully vaccinated. For updates on international travel, click here
