Qualifications

Brand Partners who achieve the rank of Gold for three consecutive months for the first time in their Young Living history will qualify for a trip to the Young Living Gold Retreat.* The qualification period for the Gold Retreat starts on May 1 and ends the following year at 11:59 p.m. MT on April 30. The third consecutive month within the qualification period will determine eligibility.

At the time of attendance, the qualifying Brand Partner must have an active Young Living account and be in good standing with Young Living to attend any Young Living Gold Retreat.**

If a Brand Partner has qualified for the Gold Retreat, has an active Young Living account, and is in good standing with Young Living, but is unable to attend the Gold Retreat they qualified for, they can request one deferral to attend the following year.***

To check qualification status or request a deferral, the qualifier can email the Recognition team at recognition@youngliving.com.

*The Gold Retreat trip is offered to one person per Young Living account.
**An active Young Living account is determined by the local market’s policies and procedures. To be in good standing with Young Living, the account must pass a conduct review.
***To attend a Gold Retreat, the account must be active and in good standing at the time of attendance.

 

Guest Information

A qualifier can invite one qualified guest to attend for a $600 fee.* The fee includes hotel accommodations, certain retreat meals, retreat gifts, retreat activities, and ground transportation for retreat activities during the event. In addition to the $600 guest fee, the guest is also responsible for the cost of their airfare or the cost of other preferred travel methods.

Young Living is a family company, and as such, we understand you may want to bring your children with you to the retreat. Please note that while this is allowed, Young Living will not provide activities, meals, lodging, transportation, or day care for children, nor will children be permitted to attend any retreat activity with you, except the farm visit if space on the shuttles is available. Nursing infants are welcome to attend all activities, with the exception of the rafting activity.

The Young Living Gold Retreat is a taxable item for the qualifier and, if redeemed, will show on a 1099 tax document.
