Eligibility

The Bali Bound Promotion is open to all eligible Young Living Brand Partners (“Brand Partners” or also referred to herein as “Participants”) who (i) are at least 18 years of age in the U.S. and those that have reached the age of majority in their country of residence as of July 1, 2024; and (ii) are in good standing with Young Living. Brand Partners in good standing are those who are in compliance with all of the terms of their Young Living Brand Partner Agreement, meet the active requirements outlined in the Young Living Policies and Procedures for their respective country of residence, and meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these rules.

The Prize:

Winner(s) will receive the following: Tier 1 and Tier 2 winners -

• Roundtrip economy airfare to Bali, Indonesia for the winner and their included guest

• A room at the Ayana Bali

• Select excursion for the winner and their included guest

Tier 3 winners will receive the following:

• Roundtrip economy airfare to Bali, Indonesia

• A room at the Ayana Bali

• Select excursion

All expenses not stated herein as part of the Prize are the Prize winner’s sole responsibility. If a winner is unable to claim the Prize for any reason, the Prize will be forfeited. There will be no rescheduling, substitution, or transfer of the Prize or cash equivalent awarded.

Winners are solely responsible for obtaining any travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) that they may wish to obtain at their own expense and hereby acknowledge that Young Living has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Prize winners are bound by the terms and conditions of all airlines and other third-party service providers used in connection with the Prize. Young Living is not responsible if tickets, etc., are lost, stolen, or misplaced by a Prize winner, and such items will not be replaced or re-booked if transportation is missed forany reason. Exact dates and locations are subject to change and are at the sole discretion of Young Living. Prize winners must possess all required travel documents. Airline tickets are non-refundable/ non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades or frequent flyer miles. Prize winners will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the ARVs stated in these rules. Young Living shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions, or substitution, or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations necessitated by same. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight except at the sole discretion of Young Living.

If a winner is unable to claim the Prize for any reason, the Prize will be forfeited. There will be no rescheduling, substitution, or transfer of the Prize or cash equivalent awarded. Young Living may, however, in its sole discretion, replace the winner who is unable to claim the Prize with the next qualifying Brand Partner.

Guest Responsibilities

Tier 3 qualifiers may invite one guest to attend for a fee of $800, which includes a stay and the Ayana Bali Resort, group meals, participation in the group excursion, event gifts, event activities, and ground transportation for activities during the event.

Young Living is a family company, and as such, we understand you may want to bring additional family members or children with you on the incentive trip. Please note that while this is allowed, Young Living will not provide activities, meals, gifts, accommodations, transportation, or day care for children. Additional guests and children not be permitted to attend any incentive trip activity with you unless they are registered as your one (1) included or paid guest. Nursing infants are welcome to attend any activity.

*Included guests can be anyone over the age of 2 but must be registered as your included or paid guest.

If you choose to add additional guests or children to your room, there will be an associated cost. As the Ayana Bali Resort includes breakfast and other amenities, there are charges per person to cover additional guests. There is a maximum of three adults or two adults + two children (ages 0–11) permitted in each room.

• Children ages 0–3 are invited at no charge.

• Children ages 4–11:

  • $12 per person, per night. Includes breakfast; must share existing bed and amenities

• Ages 12 and up: $74 per person, per night. Includes breakfast, extra bed and amenities

*Please note, extra guests and children will not be invited to or permitted to attend Young Living scheduled meals or activities if they are not registered as an included or paid guest of the qualifier.
