Frequently Asked Questions
QUALIFICATIONS
If I qualify for the retreat, what does that cover?
Young Living will cover the cost of economy flights for all qualifiers and their included guest. Additionally, Young Living will cover the cost of ground transportation for those arriving on May 13 and departing on May 18, specified meals, an excursion of your choice, branded retreat gifts, and hotel accommodations. Incidental costs, such as meals during travel and additional airline baggage fees, are at your own expense.
I qualified for Diamond Retreat in 2020 and it was cancelled. It was also cancelled for 2021 and I was unable to travel in 2022 & 2023 due to flight restrictions. Can I attend the Diamond Retreat in 2025?
Yes! Young Living will be tracking each time a qualified Diamond Retreat account was paid as Diamond or above during each Diamond Retreat qualification period. Each month that a qualifier was paid as Diamond or above, during the qualification periods of the 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, & 2025 Retreats, can be used as a “credit” towards buy-in for Diamond Retreat. All unused buy-in credits will expire after the 2025 Diamond Retreat.
What if I was paid as a Diamond or above before, but this is my first-time achieving Diamond or above for three consecutive months?
Though you have previously reached and been paid at the rank of Diamond, you are invited to attend based on the first time you qualify as a Diamond for three consecutive months. For example, Jane advanced to Diamond for the first time in September 2019; however, she did not achieve three consecutive months as a Diamond until February, March, and April 2024. Because she achieved three consecutive months as a Diamond for the first time during the 2025 Diamond Retreat qualification period, she would be invited as a new Diamond Retreat qualifier to the 2025 Diamond Retreat.
What if my three consecutive qualifying months do not all fall within the qualification period?
You will be invited to attend a retreat based on the qualification period in which your third qualifying month falls. For example, George advanced to Diamond in November 2023. He was then paid as a Diamond again in December 2023 and January 2024. Because his third consecutive month of Diamond falls within the 2025 qualification period, he would be invited as a new Diamond Retreat qualifier to the 2025 Diamond Retreat, even though his first two months occurred in the previous qualification period.
What rank will I be recognized as during the Diamond Retreat?
You will be recognized based on your highest rank achieved within Young Living.
I can’t attend this year. What can I do?
New Diamond Retreat qualifiers may defer one-time. Deferrals must be requested and approved by the Recognition team. To request deferrals, an email to recognition@youngliving.com must be sent prior to the end of the registration period for that Diamond Retreat. Any requests sent outside of this timeframe cannot be guaranteed.
REGISTRATION
How do I register for the Diamond Retreat?

Your included guest can be anyone of your choosing, and can be of any age. However, only one guest is permitted per qualifier.

Young Living is a family company, and as such, we understand you may want to bring children to the retreat.
