2025 Diamond Retreat Qualifications

NEW DIAMOND BRAND PARTNERS

New Diamond leaders can earn their spot on the Diamond Retreat by achieving the paid-as rank of Diamond, Crown Diamond, and/or Royal Crown Diamond for a minimum of three consecutive months (per rank) for the first time in their Young Living history, within the qualification period (January 1–December 31 of a given year). *

*Earning multiple Diamond Retreats in the same qualification period is possible under the new Diamond Brand Partners requirements. The Recognition team will track these instances automatically.

RETURNING DIAMOND, CROWN DIAMOND, AND ROYAL CROWN DIAMOND BRAND PARTNERS

Brand Partners who have met the new Diamond Retreat Brand Partner requirements for a past Diamond Retreat and would like to attend the Diamond Retreat again may choose to do so. Young Living will pay a percentage of the cost of the trip, including travel, for one Brand Partner per Diamond account and one guest, based on the number of months they have achieved the paid-as rank of Diamond or above during the qualification period. Please see the percentage breakdown below. (This option is based on retreat availability.)

BUY-IN CREDITS

Based on the constraints caused by travel restrictions, Young Living will track each time a Diamond has achieved the minimum requirement of paid rank of Diamond or above between February 2019 through December 2024. Each month qualified can be used as a “credit month” toward buy-in for the 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 Diamond Retreats. If you attended the Diamond Retreat in 2022, 2023, and/or 2024, a maximum of 12 credit months will be subtracted from your total to accommodate that trip and experience. Please note that these credit months are non-transferrable and expire after the 2025 Diamond Retreat.

BUY-IN SCENARIOS

In 2024, Diamond Leader A achieved the rank of Diamond every month. They have attended Diamond Retreat in the past. Their trip and experiences are fully paid for by Young Living.

In 2024, Diamond Leader B achieved the rank of Diamond in September, October, and November. They have not yet qualified to attend a Diamond Retreat in the past. They are eligible to attend Diamond Retreat 2025 as a new Diamond. Their trip and experiences are fully paid for by Young Living for meeting the qualification to attend Diamond Retreat, and they have unlocked buy-in for future Diamond Retreat years.

In 2024, Diamond Leader C achieved the rank of Diamond in January, March, June, October, and November. They have also attended a Diamond Retreat in the past. They are eligible to buy into Diamond Retreat 2025 at 4/12 the cost based on their achievements.

In 2024, Diamond Leader D achieved the rank of Diamond in January and February, again in June, and then again in October and November. They have not yet qualified to attend a Diamond Retreat in the past. They are not eligible to attend Diamond Retreat 2025. They have also not yet unlocked the opportunity to attend or requalify for Diamond Retreats. They must achieve the minimum requirement of Diamond for three consecutive months to do so.

In 2024, Diamond Leader E achieved the rank of Diamond in January and February but also achieved a new rank of Crown Diamond in September, October, and November. They qualified to attend a Diamond Retreat in the past, but not as a Crown Diamond. They are eligible to attend Diamond Retreat 2025. Their trip and experiences are fully paid for by Young Living for meeting the qualification to attend Diamond Retreat as a new Crown Diamond.

2025 Diamond Retreat Buy-In Costs

DEFFERALS

New Diamond Retreat qualifiers can defer their qualified Diamond Retreat. Requalification cannot be deferred. To request deferrals, you must email recognition@youngliving.com before the end of the registration period for that Diamond Retreat. Your request will need to be approved by the Recognition team.

Diamond Retreat Information and Guidelines

Diamond Retreat qualification includes airfare, accommodations, gifts, specified activities, certain meals, and ground transportation for retreat activities for the qualifier and their included guest. * If the qualifier has partially qualified for the retreat, they will be responsible for paying the remaining portion of the package.

ATTENDANCE

Young Living is a family company, and as such, we understand that members may want to bring children to the retreat. Please note that although this is allowed, Young Living will not accommodate activities, meals, hotel accommodations, transportation, or daycare for children. Anyone outside of the qualifier and their included guest will not be permitted to attend the events at Diamond Retreat and will be kindly asked to excuse themselves from the activity or wait until the specific event has concluded. The exception to this is our farm day activities. You are welcome to request to bring children and extra guests to the farm visit when you register for the event, which we will approve as long as capacity allows.

All Brand Partners must be active and in good standing with Young Living to redeem this reward trip. Retreat attendance is non-transferable and not redeemable for monetary or other compensation. Any branded gifts or product given to qualifiers is available only to event attendees. There is no age restriction for your included guest.

*This reward incentive trip is a taxable item from Young Living. You will see this as a line item on your 1099 tax form from Young Living.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will be fully refunded.

  • If in the registration process you choose to book your own flights and be reimbursed, Young Living will not reimburse you for any amount if you cancel your registration, regardless of the date your registration is cancelled.

  • If your registered guest needs to cancel, but you would like to bring another guest, you will be responsible for any new or additional flight expenses.
