Q. Which Young Living markets may attend?

Q. Which Customer or rank types are invited to attend?
A. All Customers and Brand Partner rank types are invited.
Q. Where will the event take place?
A. This event will take place aboard the Royal Caribbean Enchantment of the Seas ship. Departing from Tampa, Florida, we’ll sail through the Western Caribbean, with stops in Puerto Costa Maya and Cozumel, Mexico, before returning to Tampa.
Q. Is this event run by a member or corporate?
A. This event is run by corporate.
Q. What is the Customer/Brand Partner price?
A. The Experience Young Living training event is $200 and includes the registration kit. Attendees must book a cruise cabin separately. We’ve secured a special discounted rate for ocean view staterooms (double occupancy) starting from $850* per person, which includes all taxes, fees, port expenses, and gratuities. This exclusive pricing is only available with the purchase of the EYL training event.

Q. What is the guest price?
A. The guest price for the EYL cruise is the same as for Customers and Brand Partners.
Q. What is the space capacity?
A. The capacity for the cruise is 100+ attendees.
Q. What is the cancellation policy?
A. To receive a full refund for the Experience Young Living training event, you must cancel by August 5, 2025. After this date, no refunds will be issued, but we will mail you a registration kit.
For the cruise cabin, cancellations made by August 5, 2025, will receive a full refund. If you cancel after August 5, EYL will inform you of the refund amount based on the cruise line’s policy.
Q. What are the parking instructions?
A. There are many parking spaces available on site at the Tampa cruise port, both outdoor and in covered parking garages. If you choose the convenience of onsite parking close to your cruise terminal, the parking rates are $15 per day. Valet parking is also available, for an extra one-off fee of $20.
Q. Will products be available?
A. Yes! A limited number of products and swag will be available for purchase through the Experience Young Living team during the event dates. The exchange of funds will be handled post-event.
Q. Will there be special pricing on products sold at the event?
A. Yes, you will receive an additional 10 percent discount on products.
Q. What will the ordering procedures be for buying products at the event?
A. We will use order forms only. No cash will be exchanged on the cruise.
Q. Will there be any ordering limitations on products sold at the event?
A. No, there will be no ordering limits. Until supplies last.
Q. Will the PV associated with the products be reduced at the event?
A. Yes, PV will be reduced.
Q. Can I use loyalty points to purchase products at the event?
A. No, loyalty points cannot be used to purchase products at the event.
Q. What is the return policy on products purchased at the event?
A. The return policy is the same as the Young Living return policy.
Q. What is the suggested attire?

Q. How do I see or edit my passport details?
A. Once you are registered and logged in to the event website, click My Passes and select the ticket you would like to edit. Scroll down and click the Edit Registration button. Please email experienceyl@youngliving.com if you have any questions.
