Onsite Lodging Options

If you want to stay on the farm instead of a hotel, you can add the following room types to your general admission ticket (while available):

Flight instructions

Airlines have either early morning (7:40 a.m.), mid-morning (various times available), late-night (8:45 p.m.), or red-eye flights (11:52 p.m.) into Guayaquil.

Young Living Transportation

Transportation to and from the airport for attendees staying on the farm will be provided at an additional cost.

• $15 for one way

• $30 for round trip

If you’re coming earlier or leaving later, contact the NovaVita Health and Wellness Center directly at jmontalvo@youngliving.com for pricing info and to arrange transportation. (There are different transportation costs for this option).

Arrivals

• If you arrive earlier because you’re participating in the optional Raindrop Technique® master class, we’ll have a transportation pickup on Sunday, November 2 at 11 a.m.

  • If your flight arrives after this time, please arrange to stay at a hotel (most hotels have shuttles to and from the airport). We will *pick you up the following morning, Monday, November 3, at 8 a.m. from your hotel. *You must purchase the Young Living Transportation option during registration.

• If you’re registering for the Experience Young Living event only, there will be one airport pickup on November 3 at 11 a.m.

  • If your flight arrives after this time, please arrange to stay at a hotel (most hotels have shuttles to and from the airport). We will *pick you up the following morning, November 4, at 8 a.m. from your hotel. You’ll need to let us know which hotel you’re staying at. *You must purchase the Young Living Transportation option during registration.

NOTE: The Finca Botanica Farm is approximately a 50-minute drive from the airport.

Experience Young Living event:

• November 3: Airport, 11 a.m.

Departures

Please provide us with your flight itinerary. We will base shuttle departure timing on everyone’s schedule and announce the timing closer to the event. You can also pay for the transportation departure at the farm.

Hotel Suggestions

Event-preferred hotels (not hotel blocks) are about a 5–10-minute drive from the airport. If you’re planning to stay in hotels during the event, you will be responsible for transportation to and from the farm.
