As the 2025 New Heights Americas Convention approaches, it’s time to customize your convention with all the experiences on your wish list. Registration is required for all of the following activities and is now open for all registrants to make their selections.
Kitchen Tables
As Co-Founder and CEO, Mary Young always says, “The best conversations happen at the kitchen table.” We’re excited to announce the introduction of Kitchen Table discussion sessions, where Brand Partners can get together and share thoughts, ideas, advice, and answers on specific topics of their choice that will benefit their Young Living business.
Register for kitchen tables by answering questions in the survey. You’ll be assigned to a table that best matches your interests where you’ll be able to make new connections and learn from like minded attendees. Confirmation for your table number will be sent out the week before the event.

Welcome Party - New Heights: A Journey Beyond the Stars
This year’s Welcome Party is taking you beyond the limits of Earth into a universe of music, energy, and NingXia-fueled fun! Join us at Club Red as we transform it into a cosmic dance party, complete with stellar beats and out-of-this-world fun!

Neon Night with YLF
Join us for an unforgettable night of fun, laughter, and glowing memories at Neon Night with the Young Living Foundation! Register for our Neon Night Fun Run/Walk and get yourself some awesome swag or just come to party. Come decked out in your bright, neon, glowy outfits, ready to light up the Neon Night! Also, you’re not going to want to miss this one and only chance to dunk your favorite executive in our DUNK TANK!

What to Wear:
Dress in your brightest neon clothes to maximize your glow! Add some extra sparkle with fun glow accessories — the more, the brighter! Glow sticks and glow in the dark accessories will be available for purchase.

Morning Yoga
Start your days at Convention off right: moving your body and making a difference at BeneFIT with the Young Living Foundation! Our Director of Product Education, Ed Dailey, RN, RNPA, and Tamara Packer, Director of Education will be leading yoga July 17, 18 and 19 from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. Ed brings over 25 years of teaching experience to these classes and will infuse each day with your favorite essential oils. The classes are open to all levels and no prior yoga experience is needed.
Registration is $100 for three days of yoga and includes admission, one yoga mat, and one 5ml bottle of One Heart essential oil blend. Single day walk-ins will be offered as space allows. With all proceeds benefiting the Young Living Foundation, join us as we all help raise awareness and inspire change!

Science Symposium
Join Young Living’s Research and Development team for a special Scientific Research Session at the 2025 New Heights Convention. Designed for medical professionals, researchers, nurses, educators, and anyone with a scientific curiosity, this session dives deep into the science behind Young Living’s products.
Explore advanced topics such as cell signaling pathways and the intricate mechanisms of chemical interactions that support the efficacy of essential oils. Gain a firsthand look at the future of laboratory design and how it will enhance research and product development.
Attendees will also get an exclusive preview of upcoming Young Living innovations and receive a special gift as a thank-you for participating. This session is a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of the scientific principles guiding Young Living’s work and to engage in meaningful discussions with fellow professionals committed to advancing wellness through science.

The Mt. Nebo Farm Experience
There’s nothing like walking through a Young Living farm and seeing the care and dedication that goes into the production of Young Living’s products. See Seed to Seal in action as you walk the lavender fields in full bloom, visit the nursery to see where the seedlings get their start, tour the distillery to see where the oil is extracted, and immerse yourself in all the extras that make the Mt. Nebo farm so fun and unique. (jousting, rock climbing wall, paddle boats, animals, etc.). There will also be the option to add a Corporate Headquarters Tour where you can make a stop and see the Home Office in Lehi, Utah.

Attendees can place product orders on site during the convention. Ordering kiosks will be available at the Expo and Product Pickup. Attendees may also use their mobile devices to place orders on site at any time.
