Attendees and their included guest will stay at the Hilton Colon Guayaquil in Guayaquil, Ecuador during the event dates of November 11–16, 2025. If you and/or your guest wish to extend your stay, you are welcome to take advantage of Young Living’s special room rate for three days prior to and three days after the event dates. Outside of these dates, your room will be subject to prevailing rates. Any nights stayed outside of November 11–16 will be at your own cost and based on availability at the hotel. The cost per night is $171.25. Young Living will not cover additional expenses for early arrivals or late departures outside of these parameters. However, if you choose to extend your stay, Young Living will cover the flight cost if there is no increase in the fare due to the changed dates. If the changed dates do result in an increased fare, Young Living will cover the flight cost up to the original amount.Young Living will cover the cost of ground transportation, specified meals, and hotel accommodations during the event dates only. If you arrive or depart outside of the designated dates of arrivals on November 11 and departures on November 16, ground transportation to and from the hotel will not be arranged or covered. If you wish to extend your stay, you can extend your stay by choosing your check-in and check-out dates during this process.An extra bed fee of $88.75 is charged for a king with 3 people or queen with 5 people. The fee will be collected after your have submitted your registration.
