Terms and conditions
You must be a Young Living Brand Partner who is 18 years of age or older to attend this event. Participants must be physically fit and able to lift 15 pounds, tolerate extreme temperatures, and engage in physical activities.
Brand Partners who reserve the facility must sign a check-in/out checklist when arriving and departing and agree to a walkthrough inspection by a Young Living farm employee at the conclusion of their stay.
Brand Partners aren’t allowed to exceed 25 attendees, per the signed agreement.

Accommodations
While at the Highland Flats Tree Farm and Distillery, you can take advantage of the many accommodations there, including hot tubs with floral water, saunas, and campfires at night.
The lodging at Highland Flats consists of four cabins with six single beds each and four cabins with a queen-sized bed. The bathrooms are located in a separate building.
The lodging at the St. Maries farm includes eight cabins, seven with four single beds in bunk arrangement and one with a queen bed.
ALL Brand Partners reserving a week will be responsible for arranging for the following:
Travel
The airport nearest to the Highland Flats Tree Farm and Distillery is Spokane International Airport in Spokane, Washington. Following the planting, attendees must plan on departing from the farm by 9 a.m. on the last day of their session. Flights should be scheduled to depart after noon to ensure ample travel time to the airport. For arriving flights, please allow two to three hours to drive from the airport to the farm. Please email the flight itinerary for each member of the group to mlopez@youngliving.com by Sunday, April 20.
Please book your air travel arrival date to Spokane for the following dates, arriving at the airport by 3 p.m. on Monday, April 28.
Please book your air travel departure date from Spokane for the following dates, departing no earlier than 12 p.m. on Sunday, May 4.
Transportation from the airport to the farm
The Highland Flats farm staff will provide a shuttle service.
Meal preparation
All meals will be provided by farm staff. There will be a grocery store stop on the way to the farm if you want to stock up on personal snacks. Please email dietary restrictions to mlopez@youngliving so we can prepare the most accommodating menu for the week.
Facility cleaning
Surface cleaning of the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas is required of the reserving Brand Partner and their party.
Laundry policy
Before your departure, please pile bedding on the end of the bed and leave towels in the laundry area.
Cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, shampoo, and conditioner will be supplied for your use.
Packing
When packing for your visit, please be sure to include the following items in addition to any personal items needed:
Clothing: Keep in mind that weather in this area can be temperamental, so layering is a good approach.
Work gloves
Cold-weather clothing and undergarments
Work jeans and work shirts
Work boots and socks
Sweatshirt
Pajamas
Slippers
Shower shoes/flip-flops
Comfortable everyday shoes
Swimsuit for the hot tub
