Q. What is the theme of the 2026 Americas Convention?

Q. Where and when will the convention be held?

A. The 2026 Americas Convention will take place from July 15–18, 2026, at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Q. Who can attend the 2026 Americas Convention?

A. The 2026 Americas Convention will be a regional convention for the North and South American markets. While all Brand Partners from around the world are invited to attend, the convention and amenities will be catered toward Brand Partners living in the Americas.

Q. Is this an International Grand Convention?

A. No, the 2026 Americas Convention is a regional event for the U.S., Canada, and LATAM markets. Some experiences, such as the Awards Gala, SGP Party, International Lounge, and YL Day Spa are reserved for International Grand Conventions.

Q. Can my children come with me to the 2026 Americas Convention?

A. Yes, children are welcome to attend convention as registered participants. If you would like your child to take part in any convention activities, a pass must be purchased for them. Nursing infants and children under the age of 2 do not require a pass. A mother’s room will be provided for nursing mothers with a live feed of the session broadcast.

REGISTRATION

Q. How much does it cost to attend the convention?

A. Pre-Registration (New Heights Attendees Only): $150 (July 18-20, 2025)

Early Bird Registration: $175 (July 21–December 31, 2025)

Standard Registration: $225 (January 1–June 30, 2026)

Virtual Pass Price: $75

Q. Are virtual passes available for this event?

A. The 2026 Americas Convention in Salt Lake City, Utah, will have a hybrid offering with passes for both in-person and virtual experiences available now for purchase! Virtual registration will be open from now until Friday, July 10, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. MT.

Q. What is the refund policy for the convention?

A. Refunds will be issued according to the schedule below:

  • July 15–December 31, 2025: 100 hundred percent

  • January 1–March 31, 2026: 75 percent

  • April 1–May 31, 2026: 50 percent

  • June 1–30, 2026: 25 percent

  • No refunds will be issued after Sunday, June 30, 2026

Q. I have an in-person pass, but I can no longer attend the event. Can I transfer my pass to someone else?

A. Please email events@youngliving.com to submit a transfer request.

Q. I tried to cancel my registration, but my refund didn’t process. What do I do?

A. Refunds take 3–5 business days to process. If you do not see your refund after that time period, please email events@youngliving.com.

Q. Can I purchase a convention pass for a guest, child, or my downline?

A. Young Living account holders who are active and in good standing can purchase

additional convention passes by clicking the Group Passes button within registration.

Q. How do group passes work?

A. One convention pass per login is allowed. Each group pass that is purchased generates a coupon code. The coupon code can be used at check-out to finalize a convention registration.

Q. How can I modify or manage the group passes I have purchased?

A. Follow the steps below:

  1. Login to the account you purchased the group passes under and visit the event website

  2. On the Menu select Coupons

  3. Click a coupon code to view if it has been used, and who it has been used by

Q. What happens if I purchase a guest pass and don’t fill all spots purchased?

A. All unused/cancelled passes will fall under the current cancellation policy.

Q. How do I modify my information?

A. Login to your events account. Visit the event website. In the menu/navigation pane choose My Passes. Scroll down to view the Responses section. Make your changes and click Update.

FARM EXPERIENCE

Q. Can I register to visit the Mt. Nebo Botanical Farm?

A. Registration for farm day will open spring of 2026. Stay tuned for more information!

Q. What can I expect at the Mt. Nebo farm experience?

A. Attendees can enjoy wagon rides, greenhouse & distillery tours, medieval jousts, and more.

Q. Will we see the Seed to Seal process in action?

A. Yes! You’ll witness distillation firsthand and learn about our Seed to Seal commitment.

Q. Will we visit the Lavender fields?

A. Yes, the iconic lavender fields in Mona, Utah, will be in full bloom.

Products & Shopping

Q. Will there be exclusive product launches?

A. Yes! Convention attendees get first access to new products.

Q. Can I shop products onsite?

A. Yes! Our immersive expo will feature exclusive products and education opportunities, and the new products will be available for purchase and pickup at the event.

TRANSLATIONS & ACCOMMODATIONS

Q. Will there be translations and ASL interpretation provided for this event?

A: Yes, based on requests we will provide Spanish*, Canadian French*, and American Sign Language (ASL).

Young Living Events are intended to be fully compliant with all ADA guidelines. Please be sure to add any special accommodations during your registration process.

*Please note that we require a certain number of requests for any given language to provide translation services.

Q. What ADA accommodations will be in place at the event?

A. ADA-designated entrances will be provided. These entrances will open approximately 10 minutes before doors open to each general session. ADA seating will be marked and is available for you and one guest. You may not receive the same reserved seat for each general session, so please don’t leave belongings behind at the seats.

Q. Can I rent a mobility device (wheelchair, scooter, walkers, and so on) during the week of convention?

A. Yes. You can rent those through the Salt Palace Convention Center here.

Products & Shopping
