Q. Is this event run by a member or corporate?
A. The event is run by corporate.

Q. What is the price for Young Living Brand Partners and Customers?
A. $285 for general admission. $120 for optional Raindrop Technique® master class.

Q. What is the guest price?
A. The guest price is the same as the Brand Partner and Customer price.

Q. Are translations into languages other than English available?

A. No. Translations are not provided. All presentations and activities are provided in English only.

Q. What is the space capacity?
A. 45 overnight on the farm and an additional 50 in the hotels.

Q. What is the cancellation policy?

A. Due to the exclusive nature of the event and the limited spots available full refunds will be offered up to July 25. After July 25 any cancellations will receive their Glamping kit and materials instead of a refund.

Q. When does registration close?

A. Registration closes Friday, July 25, 2025 at 5 p.m. MT.

Q. What are the parking instructions?

A. Free parking on the Highland flats farm.

Q. Will products be available?

A. Yes. A variety of the personal care, home, nutritional products and essential oils at a 10% discount will be available for purchase onsite at the farm through a physical order form.

Q. Will the PV associated with the products be reduced at the event?

A. Yes.

Q. Can I use Essential Rewards points to purchase products at the event?

A. No, Essential Rewards points cannot be used to purchase product at the event

Q. What is the return policy on products purchased at the event?

A. Returns are based on the Young Living return policy.

Q. What is the suggested attire?

A. The dress code is casual; we will walk on the farm, so please wear comfortable shoes. We recommend bringing at least one closed-toe pair. Please pack layers, including a jacket.
