FLIGHT INSTRUCTIONS
Arrivals

Arrival time to SLS Airport: Thursday, September 12, before 5 p.m.

Departure from Tabiona to the airport: Monday, September 16 at 8 a.m.

Please arrange your flight to arrive by 5 p.m. on Thursday, September 12, at the Salt Lake City International Airport.

Once you’ve booked your flight, forward your flight information to Experienceyl@youngliving.com so we can arrange your shuttle to the ranch.

If you choose, you can rent a car to drive to the ranch at your own expense.

Departures
Please plan to depart on Monday morning. The departure shuttle will leave at 8 a.m.

Airport transfers
Roundtrip transfers will be offered to and from the airport.

Driving
Personal cars will be allowed at the retreat.

RANCH ROOMING INFORMATION
You’ll be given your room assignment upon arrival at the Skyrider Ranch. Each room has 2─4 beds with a bathroom.

Event Information
The Skyrider Wilderness Ranch occupies over 17,000 acres in one of the largest pinyon pine forests in the world.

The ranch is also the site of the D. Gary Young Wildlife Sanctuary, a conservation easement held by The Nature Conservancy that spans about 10,880 acres (17 square miles). The donation of this land was the largest in the Utah chapter’s history. The sanctuary is part of an area called the “Utah Serengeti” due to the large herds of elk and deer that migrate through the area. The ranch maintains plots of land specifically to help the animals through the harsh winters.

Registration Payment Plans
If you selected to pay half of the registration fee upfront and half later, remember to pay the remaining $750 USD by Thursday, August 15.

Refunds
Due to the exclusive nature of the event and the limited spots available, partial refunds will be offered until August 15. There is a $250 USD non-refundable deposit. After August 15, partial refunds will be available on a case-by-case basis.
